Text Messaging Terms

These terms cover the text messages sent by Fun One, Inc. ("Holiday Treasures", "we") under the program name Holiday Treasures Shop Updates. Holiday Treasures Gift Shop is the brand name of the school holiday shop program operated by Fun One, Inc., doing business as Fun Events.

1. What the program is

Holiday Treasures Shop Updates sends text messages to school chairpersons, parent-group volunteers and school staff who run, or have asked about, a Holiday Treasures Gift Shop. Messages are about that school's shop: contract and scheduling reminders, delivery and pickup dates, reorder status and shipment tracking, shop tips and account notices, and replies to questions you text us.

2. How you sign up

You receive texts only after you agree to them. You can agree by ticking the consent box on our text sign-up form, on your reservation or school dashboard, by telling a Holiday Treasures representative you want texts (we record when and how), or by texting START to our number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or of having a shop.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most schools receive a few messages in the weeks around their shop; you may receive more if you place reorders or text us questions.

4. Cost

We do not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.

5. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. To sign up again, reply START or use the sign-up form.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, call 800-242-5655 (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm Central) or e-mail service@holidaytreasures.com.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

8. Your information

We use your mobile number only to send the messages described here. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

If we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new date.
